RETURN POLICY
No refunds will be given: Only exchanges or store credits will be issued on unworn shoes
If there is any reason that you are not pleased with the item(s) the item(s) may be returned for an exchange or credit to the store. We will gladly accept any returns for products that were originally purchased at shoegazmboutique.bigcartel.com. The item(s) must be returned to the location of original shipment (listed on your package).
Exchanges
We will gladly exchange any item within 10 days of you receiving your order.
The item including the shoe and shoebox must be in the original (new) condition or the return will not be accepted. All exchanged items must be in the original box and shipped in an outer carton.
Include your order number and the date of your order in the shipping carton. Ship your item(s) via a traceable signature-required service to ensure proper delivery and credit.
All returns must be prepaid to the address listed on your package. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges of Equal Value
Please specify the reason for exchanging your item(s) and the item(s) you would like to receive in lieu of original item(s). Do not place a different order for your exchange. We will manually place your order and ship your exchange once we receive the original item(s).
Credits (valid 90 days after issuance)
Credits to shoegazm will be issued for any difference in the exchange amount and remain on file and valid for up to 90 days after issuance. If there is a balance owed toward the purchase a paypal invoice for payment will be issued. The balance must be paid in full before the exchange item(s) will be shipped.
Damaged or Defective Products
All Claims for damaged or defective products must be submitted via email to [email protected] within 10 days of receiving your item(s). Please include digital photos of all angles of the shoes, including the bottoms, for review. If the damage or defect is a result of a manufacturing error, we will replace your product with the same style or a style of comparable value. If the problem was caused by reasons other than material or manufacturing defect, the original merchandise will be returned to you in the same condition as it was received.
Please note that the product life expectancy depends on the individual using the product, the conditions of use, and the characteristic wear patterns of the user. Any product damage determined to be normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life expectancy of the product will not be covered or replaced.
